MEP Construction of a 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel at West Bay. The Tower is one of the highest in West Bay Area. A 59 storey structure comprising of facilities such as; restaurants, specialty kitchens, back of house. Apartment units, executive lounges, Convention Hall and Home Facilities. Drainage, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC System, Fire Alarm and various Low Current Systems installed.
